Instilling a Fervent Wish for Smoke-free Housing - Part XXXXX +2

In April 2008, I received the first of these kinds of messages, and immediately copied it, reported it, and pinned it -  "This is harassment"  - to the lobby bulletin board.

We continue to suffer secondhand smoke from tobacco and marijuana, and harassment, and  "there's nothing we can do about it."  Whoever put this into the Tenant Advisory Committee mailbox is on one of $75,000 worth of cameras.  So, I do believe there is something that can be done about it.  The question is, "Will something be done?"

However, most people wave away this kind of stuff as a joke, and Much Ado About Nothing.
